Building Construction Services (Work commencement fees)

Engineering services relating to building design, construction and maintenance have formed a core activity in our operations since the company was founded in 2020.

We offer our clients direct access to a team of highly qualified and experienced specialists offering consultancy services in preliminary work, building design, construction management as well as construction supervision and maintenance work. Saatvika Engineering & Technology has served as engineering consultant on almost every type of building project including, domestic housing, schools, hotels, offices, hospitals and health centers.

From preliminary or structural designs for buildings and other structures, to the design of HVAC, electrical and control systems, to developing fire safety plans and designing diverse acoustical solutions, specialists at Saatvika Engineering & Technology have the knowledge to solve project challenges of any size.

Note: Service charges for the construction of the proposed building will be Rs. 2,000/- per Sq.ft. with materials and can be negotiated as per the material spectifications and the charges mentioned here is just the advance payment only.

Basic Requirements to provide the service is : “Final working drawings of the proposed building which includes complete floor plans, structural designs and 3D designs of the building ” . After going through the provided details we will be providing our best quote for the same and will undergo through an agreement before commencement of the work.
